Privacy Policy
Effective Date: January 1, 2026 | Last Revised: April 2026 | Compliance: GDPR (EU 2016/679), CCPA/CPRA, PDPA
1. Fundamental Architecture & Zero-Data Stance
Temponestbackstag Technologies Ltd. ("Temponestbackstag", "we", "us", or "our") operates the web application available at temponestbackstag.asia. This Privacy Policy sets forth our unwavering commitment to client-side data sovereignty, zero telemetry collection on user payload data, and strict adherence to global data privacy laws.
Unlike standard SaaS developer utilities, Temponestbackstag executes all computations (including JSON formatting, Base64 conversion, JWT parsing, UUID generation, SHA-256 hashing, and Regular Expression matching) directly in your client browser memory using local V8/SpiderMonkey engines and the native Web Cryptography API. Your input payloads, secrets, tokens, and database dumps are never transmitted to our servers or stored on any remote disk.
2. Categories of Information We Do Not Collect
To provide clear transparency to engineering teams and enterprise infosec auditors, we explicitly state that we DO NOT collect, store, log, or process:
- Any text, tokens, codes, or strings entered into any workbench input field.
- JSON Web Token payloads, claims, signing secrets, or asymmetric keys.
- SQL query strings, schema structures, table names, or record values.
- Generated UUIDs, hashes, or converted timestamps.
- User account credentials or biometric data (the platform requires zero registration).
3. Technical Server Logs & Edge Hosting
When you access our static assets via our Edge Content Delivery Network (CDN), transient technical logs may be generated by edge proxy nodes strictly for DDoS mitigation, DNS routing, and infrastructure health monitoring. These transient logs include:
- Client IP address (anonymized/truncated where required by regional regulations).
- HTTP User-Agent string and browser architecture headers.
- Requested static file URI (e.g.,
/index.html,/tools.html). - HTTP response code and byte transfer count.
These infrastructure logs are retained for a maximum of seven (7) days before automated cyclic purging and are never correlated with any user activities or workbench interactions.
4. Local Storage & Client State Persistence
Temponestbackstag uses standard HTML5 localStorage purely to remember your chosen workbench tool tab (e.g., active JSON tool vs. Base64 tool) and your acknowledgment of our functional privacy banner. This data remains strictly in your local browser sandbox and is never transmitted upstream.
5. Compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and PDPA
Because we do not store, process, or sell personal identifiers or user payload strings, your exposure to data leaks is fundamentally eliminated by mathematical design. Under European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA):
- Right to Access & Rectification: Because we hold zero personal records or payload archives, there is no database record to query or modify.
- Right to Erasure (Be Forgotten): Clearing your browser's local cache and
localStorageinstantaneously removes all traces of local workbench activity. - No Sale or Sharing of Personal Data: We do not sell, rent, monetize, or broker personal information or developer payloads to advertisers or third parties.
